Returns
If you change your mind, please email [your email] with your order number within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return your sticker sheet. No reason for cancellation is required.
Please return sheets carefully packaged, with all stickers intact and in their original packaging where possible. Return postage is your responsibility.
You may inspect your sticker sheet, but peeling off or applying stickers goes beyond what is necessary to inspect it. We may reduce your refund to reflect any resulting loss in value.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email [your email] as soon as possible, including your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover any necessary return postage.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
