shamanic kundalini yoga
Shamanic Kundalini Yoga is the ancient and future facing practice of Kundalini yoga through the lens of Shamanism. Working with the elements and natural forces of nature, the practice heals physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances by removing energy blocks. The yoga invites the practitioner to meet with their innate healer within and to return to their connection to their true self.
A wonderful practice to encourage deeper connection with oneself as well as with the others taking part, it can include breathwork, Yoga Nidra, mantra singing, and meditation in addition to the physical yoga exercises.
