You’ll then be guided through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice often called yogic sleep: a state between waking and dreaming where the body deeply relaxes while the mind remains quietly aware. This is a powerful meditation that assists the body into a profound restorative state, while also supporting the shift into the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). The perfect evening activity to softly support your wellbeing.
