obsidian
born from cooled volcanic fire, obsidian carries raw protective force; shielding the aura while grounding the body through moments of stress, overstimulation, or emotional intensity. in its natural rough form, its energy feels especially direct, helping to clear heaviness, strengthen boundaries, and bring hidden thoughts gently into awareness.
small enough to carry with you, it is a powerful companion for busy days, crowded spaces, or moments when you need steadiness and energetic distance. Its raw edges reflect obsidian’s gift for truth: grounding you in what is real while helping release what no longer needs to be held.
