Please return items in their original condition, with packaging where possible. Handling beyond what’s needed to inspect an item may reduce your refund. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Products supplied with a hygiene seal cannot be returned for a change of mind once unsealed where they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. Your rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods are unaffected.
